Your Path to Brand Registry

Trademark Registration

We file your USPTO trademark application. Amazon requires a registered (or pending, in some cases) trademark in the relevant country.

Trademark Approved

Once your trademark is registered (typically 8–12 months), you have the USPTO registration number required for Brand Registry enrollment.

Brand Registry Enrolled

We prepare and submit your Brand Registry application to Amazon. Approval typically takes 2–5 business days, after which all features are immediately active.

Amazon Brand Registry Questions

Yes. Amazon Brand Registry requires a registered trademark (issued and active) to enroll. Amazon does offer a provisional program for pending applications filed through its IP Accelerator program, but full Brand Registry access requires a completed registration. We help you get registered as quickly as possible.
Amazon's IP Accelerator program allows sellers with pending trademark applications filed through approved law firms to get provisional Brand Registry access. As a law firm approved to file USPTO trademarks, we can help you access this provisional program while your full registration is pending.
Your U.S. Brand Registry enrollment protects you on Amazon.com. To protect your brand on Amazon UK, EU, Canada, Japan, or other marketplaces, you need separate trademark registrations in those countries and separate Brand Registry enrollments. We offer international trademark services to expand your protection globally.
Once enrolled in Brand Registry, you can report infringing listings through Amazon's Report a Violation tool and typically see action taken within 24–72 hours. For more systematic protection, Amazon's Project Zero and Transparency programs offer even stronger and more automated counterfeit prevention.
Amazon Seller Central is the main platform for managing your selling account, inventory, orders, and basic listings. Amazon Brand Registry is a separate overlay program for registered brand owners that provides additional tools: A+ Content, Brand Analytics, counterfeit removal, and advertising options. Brand Registry integrates with Seller Central but is a distinct enrollment.
