When our system detects a potential conflict, you receive an immediate attorney alert with a plain-English explanation of the threat and recommended action. For USPTO conflicts, we can prepare opposition proceedings. For domain or social media issues, we can send cease-and-desist letters or initiate UDRP (domain dispute) proceedings on your behalf.

Yes. Pricing is per trademark monitored. If you have multiple trademarks (e.g., your brand name, logo, and a product line name), each is monitored separately. We offer discounted rates for brand portfolios of 3 or more trademarks — contact us for custom portfolio pricing.

The Annual Plan includes one USPTO opposition filing per year. Monthly plans include attorney alerts and recommendations, but opposition filing is billed separately at our standard rates. We will always advise you on the most cost-effective strategy before recommending an opposition, as many conflicts can be resolved with a simple letter.
