USPTO-Licensed Attorneys

Register Your Trademark With Confidence

Secure federal protection for your brand name, logo, or slogan. Our attorneys handle everything — from search to registration.

Your Brand Identity, Protected by Law

A trademark is any word, phrase, symbol, design, or combination that identifies and distinguishes your goods or services from those of others. Federal registration with the USPTO gives you the exclusive right to use your mark nationwide and the legal power to stop infringers.

Without registration, your rights are limited to the geographic area where you actively use the mark. A federal trademark reaches every corner of the United States and beyond.

  • Nationwide exclusive rights to your brand
  • Right to use the ® registered trademark symbol
  • Legal presumption of ownership in court
  • Ability to sue infringers in federal court
  • Block infringing imports through U.S. Customs
  • Foundation for international trademark protection
  • Increases business value and investor confidence

Trademark Registration Questions

The USPTO typically processes trademark applications in 8–12 months. However, you can begin using the ™ symbol immediately after filing and gain constructive nationwide notice of your rights from the application date. We file your application within 24 business hours.
The USPTO uses 45 international Nice Classification classes to categorize goods and services. Classes 1–34 cover goods (from chemicals to clothing), and classes 35–45 cover services (from advertising to legal services). You register your mark in the class(es) relevant to your business activities. Each class requires a separate filing fee.
Our comprehensive search covers the USPTO federal register (registered and pending marks), state trademark databases, common law usage (websites, social media, business directories), and domain name registrations. You receive a written opinion from a licensed attorney on your mark's registrability and the risks of proceeding.
Technically yes, but the USPTO strongly recommends using a licensed U.S. attorney. DIY filers are significantly more likely to receive Office Actions, choose the wrong filing basis, or inadequately describe their goods/services — all of which can delay or kill your application. Attorney-filed applications have a substantially higher success rate.
After registration, you must maintain your trademark by filing a Section 8 Declaration (between years 5–6) to confirm continued use, and renewing every 10 years with a Section 9 Renewal. Failure to file these documents on time can result in cancellation. Our monitoring service tracks all deadlines so you never miss a filing.
If the USPTO issues an Office Action refusal, you have 3 months (extendable to 6) to respond. Our Standard and Premium packages include Office Action responses. We have a 94% success rate in overcoming refusals. In cases of final refusal, we can appeal to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
